Yoga is not like any other type of exercise. Many
peoples thinks it is the only physical practice but they are wrong because it
is the physical ,spiritual and mental .It aims to join, connect and bond the
body, mind and spirit together. By this practicing, we find liberation from
unhealthy desires, emotions and thoughts which is the causes of suffering .It purify our mind and body and bring
the happiness and peace in our life .The methodology of yoga helps
you become a better human being. A better person, spouse, parent, colleague,
friend, and devotee. It provide the many strong benefits in our life as reduce
the stress ,anxiety ,depression ,improved immunity ,better flexibility and
posture .It is beneficial if you include it in your daily routine life .The few
minutes of this practice is very beneficial for the health .
