Yoga is a meditation form which is very beneficial for physical and mental health .it is that form of meditation by which you control yourself and you become the conquer on your fear of taking risk. we grow comfortable to the life we are presented with but when the change occur we get fluster and fear of coming out from your comfort zone. Yoga help we for come out from our comfort area. By this increase your strength of saying no when you are no agree from the anything because by this increase the your strength and develop your positive side .
