Meditation was
usually linked to religious experiences, but nowadays it is used and understood
within a strictly psychological framework .Mindfulness is the imported part of
the meditation course with it, people learn to know themselves better, and
learn to respond in a healthier way to stressful situations, instead of
reacting mechanically, as is usually done due to conditioning, programs with
which it usually works the mind. Mindfulness is an ancient
Buddhist practice, which has a great importance in our current life, not as a
Buddhist practice, but as a tool to examine who we are and question our view of
the world and the place we occupy in it, it is also useful for cultivate the
capacity to appreciate the fullness of each moment that we are alive. There is
scientific evidence that the practice of this helps to enhance physical and
mental health, and the interpersonal relationship. It provides levels of inner
well-being, mental balance, clarity of ideas and performance improvement. You
can live calmly on a day-to-day basis, regardless of whether the circumstances
are favorable or adverse.
