It is a psychological process which is finding through the meditation. It is the mean of living the present and observe the all activities which is occurring in the present. When you mindful you think the correctly what is good or bad and making the decision easily .It refresh your mind .By it you maintaining moment by moment your thought, feelings, observations and your surrounding environment and easily making the decision and express your felling in the present. It is improved your mental wellbeing and physical health both.
